- Can I schedule an appointment for every 4 weeks automatically? Absolutely
- How long does my pet have to stay at Karen's Custom Grooming? If your pet is in by 8-9 AM they will be finished by 12:00 noon (usually earlier - we will call you when your pet is ready to come home). Early appointments are available for the more sensitive pets. Please ask for a special early appointment when you book your pet's visit.
- Do you use cage dryers? No, all pets in our care are hand dried. As a result the total time it takes to complete your pet's grooming might be a little longer, but we can ensure you that your pet will have a less tramatic experience at our facility.
- Do you use chemicals? No chemicals are used to bathe and groom your pet. Our philosophy at Karen's Custom Grooming is one that is in line with the most natural, hollistic, hands-on manner of caring for your pets.

- Where are you located? Ralph's Grocery Store Shopping Center off of Poinsettia Lane in Carlsbad (see bottom of screen for address)
- What are your hours? Tuesday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; closed on Sundays & Mondays
- Do you charge extra for flea treatments? If you would like your pet to have a flea treatment, we do use Advantageâ and Frontlineâ for an additional charge.
- Are there any references I can contact about your work? We would be more than happy to provide you with a list of references, all you have to do is just ask.
